Okaaay where the hell can I begin.
First thing I can say is that in 2011 I have been 100% more hands on with my photography. With the help of an old friend of mine, I have personally seen a leap in my photography. Image for Image I am more proud of the images I've taken this year than I think I ever have, and once I get my Canon 430EXii then Im hoping that will take me up to the next level again.
Tuesday I will be meeting up with
with a few models and a whole day of shooting around the Chirk/Llangollen area. Should be a lot of fun. The main reason for us meeting up is so I can give Nathan a basics workshop in portrait photography (use of reflectors, diffusers, posing and composition) so what better oppertunity to hit the beautiful canals and waterworks of the area and possibly get some more photos for my Portfolio.
In other news work is also on the plus side. I've got a couple of weddings lined up for this year. One in June and one in September. Ive got a couple of family portrait sessions so far booked and am the togger for both the North Wales Boat Show in July and Ysgol y Moelwyns end of year Prom in May. My ultimate goal for this year is definitely to be able to tell Portmeirion that I only want to work part-time and will be able to work on my photography part-time too. I live in hope!
Lastly I just want to say thank you to everyone who has viewed, favourited and commented on any of my work!! It really is greatly appreciated
Thank You,
Andrew
